Intermediate/Advanced level exercises are chosen while increased reps, coordination, and balance create a more challenging environment.
Exercises will be safe yet effective and challenge the beginner client appropriately head to toe.
This workout includes low impact jumping on the reformer to give you an awesome cardio workout as well as circuit training on Pilates equipment challenging the entire body.
In this level, the tempo is faster paced yet focused without stopping the class flow.
This class is Reformer based but also incorporates the amazing benefits of training on the Ballet Barre.
