Karina discovered Pilates in 2015 as a tool to destress her mind and body. She soon developed a new understanding of balanced fitness which only deepened her mind/body connection. Strength was gained through Pilates without having to do excessive exercise and still gentle on the body. After her children entered Kindergarten and Pre-school, she pursued her love of fitness and studied Pilates under master instructor Tricia Hill to receive her Pilates Certification at The Pilates Co. She sees Pilates as a great time to take a moment to focus on your own body & mind, find release from tension and energize for the day. Her goal is to continue learning and growing in her practice through workshops and continued education.
