MORE ABOUT MELINDA

Melinda started doing pilates in June 2015 after deciding to take control back of her life and become healthy and fit. After increased weight gain, she suffered from chronic knee and back pain. She regurlarly took prescription medication to ease the pain. Melinda’s first class challenged her body in ways she had not experienced before and fell in love with it. She instantly starting taking classes on the regular basis and saw major transformations in her body. To date, Melinda has lost over 110 lbs and no longer takes medication. Her love for Pilates took her on a journey to become a teacher and wishes to share her passion and success through teaching.
