I have some medical issues that make working out difficult but here they always offer a modified version of exercises to accommodate anyone needing an adjustment. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout not too little or too much but just right!

I went from a Pilates newbie to completely obsessed in 4 months thanks to them – honestly, I was hooked on it right after my first class! The classes are always fun, and motivating. All the instructors are great about teaching you proper form, and correct you along the way to ensure you’re always doing things right. In 4 months my body has transformed – my posture and core strength haven’t been this good in at least 10 yrs!
The Pilates Circle offers a terrific work out in an environment that is professional and relaxed. I was intimidated to use a reformer as
well as TRX, but the patient, knowledgeable trainers gave me the confidence I needed to get me started.
I have been attending classes now up to 5 times a week. (Great monthly price package) it is always fresh and ever changing.
