Reformer 1 will move at a moderate pace and exercises can be modified and tailored to your specific needs. Here you will become familiar with the Reformer along with a variety of apparatuses and/or props to build a Pilates foundation. Class overview: introduction to Pilates, core strengthening, full body workout, focus on flexibility/mobility, mind-body connection, and individual attention from our dedicated instructors. This class is designed for participants of all fitness levels, no experience necessary.
