What is Pilates?

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20 th century. Pilates is a low- impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving alignment, balance, body awareness, core, endurance, flexibility, and posture. No muscle left behind!

Why is Pilates amazing?

What is a Reformer?

A Reformer is a versatile piece of Pilates equipment. With its unique moving carriage and resistance springs it provides resistance and/or support to all exercises. A variety of exercises can be executed in different positions (supine, prone, side-lying, keeling and standing). For a little spice we often add props; ball, dowel, TheraBand, hand weights and more!
