What do I need for my first class?

  • We provide all necessary items for class. You may bring water if desired but we do have a water cooler with complimentary cups.
  • We recommend form fitting close easy to move around in.
  • We are a socks only studio.  For your safety, please wear socks with grips.  We sell them in studio.

What is the age requirement to take a group class?

The minimum age to take a group class is 14 years old. Any minor under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We do offer private classes for ages under 14 years old.

Can I start Pilates if I am pregnant or injured?

Absolutely! Pilates is great form of exercise for pregnant women and anyone recovering from injuries. Be sure to clear it with your doctor and let your instructor know upon arriving for class. Please stay in a Reformer 1 level if you are recovering from injury or pregnant, which offer modifications if needed.

How do I schedule my classes? Cancel a class?

  • Scheduling is done online in your MindBody account. You can also download the MindBody app and schedule your classes through the app
  • Cancellations are also done through your account.  Click on your schedule and be sure to cancel your class before the 12 hour cancellation window so you are able to reschedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. You will lose your class if you do not cancel within the 12 hours or be charged the $11 cancellation fee if you are on an unlimited plan.

How does the waitlist work?

  • If class is full, you may place yourself on the waitlist online. If a spot opens in the class, you will receive an email/text confirmation and be automatically added to the class if greater than 12 hours. If you do not want to keep your spot, you MUST cancel through your online account. Calls/email cancellations are not accepted. If you do not cancel, your class will be forfeited or your account charged $11 (if on an unlimited plan).
  • Ensure you are opted in to receive email or text notifications or you will be responsible for checking if you have been added from the waitlist.
  • Due to the 12 hour cancellation policy, the waitlist closed 12 hours prior to class time. At that time, if a spot opens, it is first come first serve.

Can I extend my expiration for classes/membership?

  • No, all memberships are discounted on the basis of use them or lose them. Classes do not roll over and must be used in the corresponding monthly period.
  • Class packages have a strict 6 month expiration date.
  • All sales are final.  Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you may pause up to 2 months in a 12 month period. Mid-month holds are not allowed and you must give 5 days notice to place your account on hold.

What if I need to cancel my memberships?

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to your corresponding studio. You must have a 5 day written notice to cancel your account, no exceptions.
