MORE INFO ABOUT INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
Get ready for a booty burning, inner thigh shaking, Plié pulsing good time. This class will be split 50/50 between the Ballet Barre and the Reformer. At the Barre you can expect a burn right away. This portion will be choreographed to a faster tempo incorporating cardio to the beat of the music. This total body workout will leave you shaking. During the reformer portion of class you will continue your total body workout using the spring resistance from the reformer. Exercises will be layered to make them safe for all levels.
