Reformer to is intended for the intermediate client without injuries or limitations. This class will move at a moderate to steady pace with little to no modifications. Your instructors will choreograph various Pilates exercises that flow together for a total body workout. You can expect to spend the majority of the time on the reformer while incorporating various props to enhance your workout. We strongly recommend 3 to 6 months of Reformer 1 and Reformer 1.5 before advancing to Reformer 2. We look forward to seeing you on the reformer.
