In this class, you are laying on your back jumping against the reformer jumpboard allowing for back support and low impact on the spine, pelvis and knees. Intervals of jumping will be combined with reformer exercises to give you the cardio element and place you in a fat-burning zone. This class will be taught to upbeat music to help you push yourself to the next level. You will leave class feeling stronger every time.
